在全球市場不景氣的境況環伺下,台灣的產業界已在經濟體制中頻亮藍燈;而要增益產業製程的績效,導入CAD於研發進程已是必然。本研究旨在應用Solidworks彎曲特徵於輪胎建模設計,讓繪製步驟繁瑣的3D模型化為簡潔的塑型方式。研究中以不易繪製的輪胎為例,藉由彎曲功能對3D物件產生形變,並且以其比對前者與典型建模方式的優劣。在研究結果中發現:妥善的應用彎曲特徵不啻令建模的思路更具效率,也精簡了特徵屬性列項目,且有益於入門者上手學習;因此在輪胎的建模過程,可以看見Solidworks三年以下的使用者在建模時程上有明顯的縮短,而於三年以上的電繪操作者數據中較看不出明顯的差異性。 |
英文摘要 |
In the case of the global market is downturn under camouflage. Industry for product development benefits more extra attention. And to gain the performance of industrial processes, import CAD R & D process is inevitable. This study is the application of Solidworks bending characteristics of the tire modeling design. So that the original complex steps is into a simple manner. Research is not easy to draw the tires for example, to by bending function of 3D objects produce changes, and the ratio of the former to the traditional modeling approach is good or bad. This study results found: Application of bending characteristics makes modeling more efficient, also allows beginners to get started learning easier. The men who using Solidworks to three years in a significant improvement ; And in more than three years compared with the operator can not see the obvious differences. |
