知識分享是知識管理當中最爲關鍵的過程,而其中知識類型的適當分類是必先探討的主題。本研究目的即是從知識使用者的觀點去探索:人們完成工作任務所需要的各種知識類型。在前置作業階段深度記錄了知識使用者如何思考各種知識類型的來源與用途以便有效地使用他人的知識。接著,採用內容分析法確實地將知識類型做有效的概化性分類,使得知識使用者不必盲目的搜尋所需的知識類型。123個任職於大企業的中階主管與第一線人員參與了本研究,研究結果建構了知識類型的四個類目,分別爲:形式的或科學的知識、產業所屬專業技能、公司內部運作能力、外部網絡關係能力。最後,彙整內容分析各類目與分析單元的內涵測試亦指出本研究具備良好的研究信度與效度。

英文摘要

Knowledge sharing is perceived to he the most essential process for knowledge management, and knowledge types in which are the first issue to explore. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge types from the knowledge user's perspective. This article takes an in-depth look at what a knowledge user goes through to make effective use of another's knowledge. It begins with the most fundamental issue that users have comprehending the knowledge types being offered, and then discuss how users decide whether or not to use that knowledge types. On the other hand, content analysis can do to analyze the knowledge types, so that knowledge users understanding are facilitated and the right decisions are made about which to use knowledge types. A total of 123 employees who work for the operating core and middle line of large-scale firm were chosen by theoretical sampling to participate in this study. The results indicate four knowledge types: formal or scientific knowledge, specific technique for the industry, business skill in the enterprise, well relationship among the social network. The last part of the study summarizes that reliability and validity of the content analyses on the knowledge types is positive.
