青少年期間的兼職工作，有助於青少年身心的發展，但是未釐清動機需求的兼職工作前提下，可能干擾到正常學校教育的發展與影響學習效果。基於學生在課程本位設計下的學習成效，與其個體的差異、家庭環境向背、同儕間的模仿，與未來發展規劃等因素之間所產生的落差，而導致學生尋找兼職工作類型與機會。本研究的目的，在探究動機理論對青少年兼職工作個體的影響；亦即，本研究嘗試探索西方／國內學者對兼職工作現象的歸屬，形成因素分析解釋架構。

It is good for psychological development of adolescents. However, it will interrupt normal education and influence on learning efficiency. If there is not recognize motivation demanding of part-time employment. On the basis of learning effective of curriculum design, individual difference, family difference, peer imitate. And some gaps will produce between adolescents development in the future. Therefore, students try to find types and opportunities of part-time employment. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze part-time employment influences on college student's motivation. In other words, this study tries to explore the concept of part-time employment of western and domestic scholars, and then formulate the structure of factors analysis.
