根基於科技、人文的競爭力,台灣,造就其在國際經濟上的重要性。台灣當局的西進策略,對組織言,是一種典型的外派管理模式,幾年的經營已經在大中國地區塑造出某種的管理型態,但是在學術界與實務領域未見有外派管理整合的文獻。海外派遣是多國籍企業發揮競爭力的主要任務,多數西方學者的外派文獻也嘗試探索外派員工的績效評估,及其相關因素對成功外派的影響,迄今仍未發現一個共通的外派績效管理模式。因此可以了解,多國籍企業管理大多數焦點於外派績效管理問題,但在東方國家甚少文獻探究此主題。本文的目的首在分析與釐清外派管理的核心理念-績效管理導向下的外派題項相關文獻,以作為深度搜尋台灣電子業在大中國地區外派實境的基礎,其次訪問具有實務經驗的外派員工為對象,整合文獻與績效管理實務,以作為學術與實務界外派管理的典範。

英文摘要

Basing on the technical and cultural competitiveness, Taiwan has achieved on the importance of the international economy. As far as the organization is concerned, the Taiwanese authority's westward strategy is typically an expatriate managing mode. These several years' managing has molded a certain kind of administrative type in Mainland China; however, there are not any integrated documents in both the academic and practical fields. Expatriation is the main mission for multi-national companies to bring their competitiveness into full play. The expatriating documents by scholars in the west may have tried to explore the performance management of its expatriating employees and the influence of its relative causes. Till now, the commonly-shared performance management mode is not being found. Therefore, it is understandable that multi-national enterprise management mostly focuses on the problems of expatriating performance management. Nevertheless, there are not that many documents probing into this subject in the Eastern countries. The objective of this text is primarily to set to analyze and clear the core concept of expatriation management, which is based on the relative documents of performance management. The documents will be regarded as the foundation to search for the real circumstances of the Taiwanese electronic industry in Mainland China. In the second place, the employees who have real experience working in the foreign land will be one of targets of the interview. The integration of documents and experiences of management, those will be seen as the paradigm of expatriation management in both the academic and industrial fields.
