跨界活動涉及不同部門或團體間互動,本研究以從團體動力開放系統、脈絡主義、及辯證改變思想,探討瞭解需求、找尋供應商、議價及決定交易條款,以及確保交貨順利等過程的採購任務。在不同部門間運作,如何從團體動力思維,可視爲爲達成任務目標,則個體如何在團體中,如何與外界環境運作及作用的動力發展。 研究過程是以一家在跨國企業從事跨界活動的採購成員,針對其任務性質進行個案探討,瞭解並分析公司發展脈絡歷程,經營方針、組織設計、任務編制、商品採購活動,人際間互動、群體關係及個人特質。研究結果發現 1.跨界任務能力成長,可導源於自我調整學習歷程。這種歷程涉及個人動機、認知與行爲等涉入,在「自我」與「選擇」過程,不斷進行能力開發及增進,促進工作任務的成效。 2.組織鷹架建構,也擴大及延伸個人在跨界任務的學習思考及改進,促進更多可能發展的能力區域。 3.跨界任務涉及不同部門成員需求及權責。從團體動力觀點,任務發展過程,包括規範較爲嚴謹,有資訊系統協助的流程模式,也包括社會結構互動,較具彈性人際關係模式。 4.跨界任務執行者能認清角色性質,掌握角色執行要點,才能減少角色模糊導引壓力。 |
英文摘要 |
Boundary-spanning activity involves interaction about different sections or groups, this research uses view of group dynamics from open system, contextualism, and dialectical change to inquire process of purchasing task about need-understanding, supplier-searching, negotiation and term decision-making. Process in operation of different sections can be regarded to reach task target individual in the group operates with outside environment and the dynamics development of function. Processing case study with purchasing members who work in the international corporation, understands track of the company development., conduct policy of purchasing activity organization design, mission establishment, merchandise-purchasing human interaction, community relation and personal characteristic Results can be found. First, boundary-spanning ability growth can come from ego to adjust learning process. The process involves personal motive cognition and behavior, and carries on ability development and promotes result of task between ego and choice. Second, organizing a scaffold construction enlarges and extends personal thinking in boundary-spanning activities, promotes more ability districts that may develop. Third, boundary-spanning task involves member's need and authority in different sections. From standpoint of group dynamics, process of task development includes more strict standard with assistant process mode of the information system, also includes social structure interaction with more flexible human relationship. Four, performer of boundary-spanning task recognizing role property, controlling right performance of role can reduce role pressure from faintness of role. |
