After studied the mixture of concrete performance, strength and modulus of elasticity, under the different dosage (0%, 0.25%, 0.375%, 0.50%) of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the result shows that the flowing-slump values of polycarboxylic concrete increase in different extents when the water-reducer is added. After adding the water-reducer, both the concrete strength and the modulus of elasticity enhance compressive strength in different extents. The connection of compressive strength extents is: 0%<0.25%<0.50%<0.375%. Using water reducer can improve the toughness of concrete. Its dosage under 0.2% can improve obviously water usage and the slump flow of concrete and at0.15% is the best for the slump flow of concrete. It is not various of the initial and final setting time will the additive quantity.
