This study aims at exploring how translated Chinese songs can be used to promote Taiwanese EFL learners' learning of the adjective clause. Forty finance major sophomores from a technological university in northern Taiwan participated in this study. The researcher demonstrated the adjective clause by translating Chinese songs into easy-to-learn English. To promote involvement, the participants were first asked to form groups and then partially translate one or two self-selected Chinese songs with the adjective clause in them and to report their reflections individually about the group project at the end of the semester. Besides, they could perform their completed song translations for bonus points. The results showed that the subjects enjoyed the way the researcher taught English as well as their group project. They also indicated that they learned the adjective clause better. However, a couple of problems were also observed from the data collected, including language barriers, and group members' indifference towards the project.
