由於全球化能源危機,造成能源取得日亦困難,台灣為無能源開發國家如何達到節能即為重要課題。校園為師生活動之主要空間且常有,於校園建築中若能將節能效果加以考慮將會提升校學能源使用效率更為未來同學進入社會後重要之節能環境教育。於空間環境模型建立工具中“建築資訊模型”(building information model, BIM)除能建立建築物幾何空間模型更能將材料性質建立於模型中,故而將能將實際建築行為做完整描述。另一方面於綠建築節能效率評估中建物所在區域特性如坐落地點日照將會影響建築物完工後能源消耗之大小。故需有一更精確分習模式對建築耗能分析作界定。BIM分析軟體有不同版本,其中AutoDesk Revit由於軟體取得便利且擴增功能強故廣為學術與實務界應用。其中分析模組中亦提供建築耗能分析模組故本研究即利用Revit軟體作為分析工具,由分析中可看出遮陽板將可有效降低校園建築物耗能效率其中以垂直遮陽板效率較佳,然於建造費用分析中水平遮陽較為經濟。

英文摘要

For the global energy crisis, resulting in energy availability is also difficult, Taiwan is no energy development countries how to achieve energy conservation is an important issue. Campus for teachers and students of the main space and often, in the campus building if the energy efficiency to be considered will enhance the efficiency of school energy efficiency of the future students into the community after the important energy-saving environmental education. In the space environment model building tool, the building information model (BIM) can build the building geometric space model to build the material properties in the model, so the actual construction behavior can be described completely. On the other hand, in the green building energy efficiency assessment, the regional characteristics of the building, such as the location of the sunshine, wind direction and wind speed will affect the building after the completion of the size of energy consumption analysis. For the BIM analysis programs AutoDesk Revit is widely used in academic and practical due to its convenience access and strong amplification. Revit analysis module also provides building energy analysis module. So we applied Revit software as an analysis tool in this study. It can be seen from the analysis results that the sun visor can effectively reduce the energy efficiency of campus buildings.
