中文摘要

This study investigated the effects of public servants' organization identification, social support and collective efficacy on job burnout in the public sector. There was almost no research exploring those path relationships in Taiwan, and it is worth to be systematically studied. This study collected 328 valid samples from the public sector and used structural equation model to test the hypotheses. The results confirmed that organization identification, social support and collective efficacy negatively affects public servants' job burnout, social support mediates the relationship between organization identification and job burnout.
