教學成效包含教師教學評鑑與教學反應評量,相關制度在國內大專院校已經推行多年,但相關的理解與研究卻仍缺乏。本研究的主要目的是,調查新聘教師和資深教師在教學評鑑成效中的差異,另一個目的是,檢視新聘教師和資深教師在教學反應評量中的差異。研究結果發現:第一,中生代教師在教學評鑑總分方面,顯著高於資深教師;新聘教師與資深教師間、新聘教師與中生代教師間無顯著差異。第二,資深教師教學反應評量數值是最高的,但未達顯著差異。制度引導教師教學努力方向與專業化發展,因此設立符合學校教育目標與教學宗旨的評鑑制度是最重要的,建議新聘教師儘速熟悉環境與評鑑制度。教學反應評量有助了解教學現場狀況,能夠反映學生期望與提升教學技巧,建議借助教師觀課、教師專業社群、教師研習坊等管道,讓新聘教師教學技巧有效提升。

英文摘要

The teacher's teaching appraisal and course evaluation survey in our school have been carried out for many years, but the relevant understanding and research are still lacking. One of the main purposes of this study is to investigate the difference in teaching appraisal effectiveness between started teachers and experienced teachers. Another purpose is to examine the difference in course evaluation survey between started teachers and experienced teachers. The results of the study found that: First, the total score of teaching appraisal of middle tenure teachers was significantly higher than that of experienced teachers. Second, the course evaluation survey value of experienced teachers was the highest, but there was no significant difference. The study believed that the appraisal system guides the direction of teachers' teaching efforts and professional development, and it was recommended that started teachers familiarize themselves with the environment and the appraisal system as soon as possible. Course evaluation survey helped to understand the teaching situation, reflected students' expectations and improved teaching skills. It was suggested that started teachers should be able to improve their teaching skills by means of teacher observation, teacher professional communities.
