Since Bach set his name in musical notes, he has inspired many composers later on to do the same. Musical acronym was used by many composers in the Romantic period to transfer personal intimate emotion to musical codes. After a long term of development it has become a model of composition. Brahms used this technique to express deeper meaning in music. He chose the motto of Joachim ”Frei, aber Einsam” ( Free, but alone), and transferred its acronym F. A. E. to a musical motif. In reality, Brahms feels a sense of kinship toward this sentiment. Many historical evidences prove this idea both in his personal essence and way of living. 8rahms used musical sementic to express his personal experience and creative imagination.
