本文將透過解明荻生徂徠的古樂復元論,以探索其中所含藏的徂徠對音樂之認知及其思路特徵。在第一部分首先藉著檢討中國樂律問題的發展,以掌握古樂復元這一議題在中國是如何被討論的,其特質為何。第二部分則進一步檢討徂徠如何在中國古樂議論的基礎上發展了其古樂復元論中的三個重要主題-樂律•樂制•琴學,及其中所反映出的徂徠對音樂的理解。由於古樂復元是普遍出現在前近代的中國、日本、朝鮮等東亞地區的一個共同的音樂主題,因此對荻生徂徠之古樂復元論的探討,不只是作為研究徂徠之一環有其意義,在理解前近代的東亞音樂思想的交流與變革上,也當具有啟示。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this article is to study the concept and characteristics of music in Sorai Ogyū's thought, with respect to his ideas on the restoration of ancient music. In the first section, the development of the tone system in Chinese music is investigated to explain how the issue of ancient music had been discussed in China prior to Ogyū's discussion. Ogyū's works for restoring ancient music, which were developed on the basis of the discussions in China, are classified into three issues: tone system, musical system, and the theory of guqin (古琴). The second section treats these issues in order to understand his concept of music, which he formed through his attempts to restore ancient music.The restoration of ancient music was a widely discussed theme in pre-modern East Asia, for example, in China, Japan, and Korea. An examination of Ogyū's ideas on the restoration of ancient music, therefore, contributes not only to the study of Ogyū's thought but also to the interpretation of the exchange and transformation of musical thoughts in this region. |
