張鴻明老師與吳素霞老師的南管藝術養成，皆是從小耳濡目染，天資聰穎加上強烈的學習意願與不斷地努力精進，造就他們精湛的技藝成就，。二位老師長期辛苦耕耘傳承，成果豐盈，不但得到各界的肯定與表揚，更在2010年分別榮獲文建會「重要傳統藝術保存者╱團體」南管音樂類保存者、南管戲曲類保存者的尊崇。本文報導即在介紹張鴻明老師與吳素霞老師的藝術養成與成就，以及在傳音系的教學概況。

Zhang Hong-Ming(張鴻明) and Wu Su-Xia (吳素霞) are well-known art-teachers They are devoted to develop their Nanguan skills For their practice they not only received praise from the public, but were also recognized by the CCA in 2010 for preserving traditional arts, as teachers of Nanguan music and drama This paper introduces the achievements and profiles of Zhang Hong-Ming and Wu Su-Xia as art-teachers at the Department of Traditional Music of Nanguan.
