北藝大音樂系2018年高教深耕計畫製作《車過枋寮——余光中音樂劇》。該劇的製作發想,有著深遠的課程規畫與理想,是結合新媒系的媒體藝術、戲劇系舞台編劇與音樂系聲樂組、作曲組各項專業的大型製作,除了是跨學院跨域製作,更強調「以詩入樂」:以國人的詩作重新創作,另外,為了有別於現下音樂劇以流行音樂唱腔演唱,本劇強調以美聲唱法來演唱。本文將為本劇從發想、理念建立到演出,做深度的報導與評論。 |

When the Train went past Fangliao is a music production of the Department of Music at TNUA in 2018 as a part of Higher Education SPROUT Project. With an ambitious ideal and comprehensive course planning, this inter-disciplinary production combines different aspects of arts in one piece which includes media art of the Department of New Media Art, script writing and stage performing of the Department of Theatre Arts, and vocal performing and music composing of the Department of Music. The production was a re-creation of the poetry of a Taiwanese poet Kwang-Chung Yu by weaving music with poetry. In addition, in order to distinguish it from the popular songs of the contemporary musicals, this play emphasizes singing with a bel canto. This article will make an in-depth report and comments on When the Train went past Fangliao from its initial conception to stage performance. |
