運動志工心理契約與持續服務意願差異情形之研究

本研究旨在了解背景變項不同之國際鐵人三項賽事運動志工心理契約與持續服務意願之差異情形，釐清國際鐵人三項賽事運動志工之心理契約與持續服務意願是否於招募時便已有區別，藉以找出合適國際鐵人三項賽事運動志工之招募策略。本研究採用問卷調查法，透過描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法，分析324名國際鐵人三項賽事運動志工心理契約與持續服務意願狀況。運動志工認為主辦單位應對本研究列舉之心理契約內涵負至少一半至大部份的責任，且僅有年齡變項，使運動志工在心理契約之能力的培養與完善的制度構面有顯著差異；運動志工持續服務意願達中高程度，且僅有重要他人態度使運動志工在持續服務意願各構面與整體構面有顯著差異。

The purpose of this paper is to figure out the situation and background factors to the psychological contract (PC) and the continuing service intention (CSI) of sport volunteers in triathlon competition for better recruitment. The survey was done through questionnaire to 324 sport volunteers in triathlon competition. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA were used to test the hypotheses. Results 1. All the content of PC are ranked as half to most degree that the event organizers should take the responsibility. 2. The continuing service intentions are medium to high. 3. The survey illustrates that the age of sport volunteers impact on "valuable experiences" and "perfect system", and the attitude of significant person impact on the continuing service intention. The content of PC is differ by the age of sport volunteer; the degree of CSI is differ by the attitude of significant person around sport volunteer.
