溝通是人類生存的必要活動,透過語言的表達或是非語言的溝通,人們傳達及接收他人的訊息,透過看似平凡的動作中,隱含了自我呈現及互動的面子溝通在裡面,因為手部耗發汗的關係,手汗症者在面對握手及牽手時,會受到自我呈現及面子的影響,而導致社交或親密關係受到阻礙,進而導致退縮甚至是憂鬱的狀況。本文從四位女性的手汗症者的訪談為資料,透過Goffman劇場理論及Toomey & Kurogi的面子溝通理論來看,手汗症者在面對這兩個以手為主的非語言溝通動作時,他們所面臨的困窘與擔憂是甚麼?進而瞭解手汗症者在生活中所遭遇到的困難。 |
英文摘要 |
Communication is always necessary for human kinds. Through verbal or non-verbal communication, people deliver and receive messages. A simple behavior- shake hand may imply a self-disclosure or a face to face interaction. Because of hyperhidrosis, people may feel difficult to build the social and intimate relationship with others, and even feel withdraw from others or depression. This article deals the data of embarrassment and hardship of people with hyperhidrosis by interviewing of four female research participants. In terms of Goffman's drama theory and Toomey & Kurogi's face communication theory, how females with hyperhidrosis feel embarrassment and hardship when the two ways of non-verbal communication with hands are utilized. In addition, the career difficulties of people with hyperhidrosis are revealed. |
