產業治療對中高齡慢性精神病患者社會整體功能穩定度分析－以某社區復健中心為例

在國內慢性精神病佔重大傷病發證數的21%，是僅次於癌症數量排名第二的疾病。依據衛生福利部統計處2016年統計，臺灣慢性精神病患計有124,999人，年齡層以45-59歲最多。本研究以104與105年度某復健中心8名中高齡慢性精神病患學員為研究對象，採用「社會整體功能評估表」為研究工具，分析產業治療對55歲到64歲中高齡慢性精神病患社會整體功能穩定度之關聯性。研究結果顯示，產業治療有助於改善中高齡慢性精神病學員之社會整體功能。另外，該復健中心中高齡慢性精神病學員社會整體功能各向度表現均有進步，研究發現，按時服藥是維持慢性精神病患者整體功能穩定極其重要之原因。

According to the statistics of Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2016, there were 124,999 chronic psychiatric patients in Taiwan, the majority of whom are between the age of 45 and 59. This study investigated the effect of the industrial therapy for the middle aged and older patients with chronic psychiatric illness in comprehensive social performance stability by 8 patients during 2015-2016, through the Comprehensive Social Performance Assessment Scale. The study results indicated that the industrial therapy had a positive effect on the comprehensive social performance stability of middle aged and older patients with chronic psychiatric illness. Meanwhile, taking medicine on time is the important reason for the stability comprehensive social performance for the middle aged and older patients with chronic psychiatric illness.
