Through the practical experience of the one of author in serving in a placement agency for over four years, the first author have seen that teenagers were improved to correctional schools for correctional education due to re-involvement of other cases but a small number of teenagers can work stably. Reviewing previous studies, most of them focused on the negative impact and dilemma of resettlement of juveniles after the case was closed, but there was not much discussion about these few juveniles living their better lives. In this study, the method of in-depth interview was adopted, and seven teenagers were invited to review their employment history after leaving the resettlement agency through a semi-structured interview outline. The research found that the factors that make them stable in employment are mainly personal characteristics and resilience, institutional service influence, significant others and community network. According to the research found, the research recommendations, first of all, it is expected that the resettlement agency can adopt macro-management as much as possible during the juvenile's placement; secondly, in terms of employment preparation services, it is advisable to increase work experience and match friendly stores to help, and finally, continue to review the integration and cooperation between education and employment. The placement agency is only a relay station for the lives of these children. However, during the resettlement period, any nutrient provided by the institution to the juvenile is still an important topic of the resettlement institution's services.
