本研究探討案例教學法在早期療育到宅服務之應用,如何結合理論與實務,以促使早期療育到宅人員反思自身的專業與服務,進而提供以家庭為中心的服務。本研究資料的來源包含研究者的省思札記、案例教學會議紀錄、個別深入訪談、焦點團體訪談、案例評析會議與書面審查;部分資料則經由追蹤的電話訪談與電子郵件之蒐集而來。研究結果如下:(1)研究者發展案例教學模式,並依據到宅人員學習的情況,進行案例教學法的調整;(2)案例教學能增進到宅人員了解幼兒及其家庭的脈絡,與對理論的理解;(3)案例討論有助於到宅人員建立自己教材策略的資料庫,並能提升其反思以家庭為中心的服務,以及專業整合與協調。研究者省思案例教學法實施的限制與困難,並依據研究結果,提供相關建議。 |
英文摘要 |
This study was intended to use case method instruction to teach early-intervention home visitors, in order to promote their reflective ability about service and teamwork with other professionals to implement family-centered services. The data collection included: researcher diaries, researcher diaries consisting of seven verbatim lessons, minutes at the conference of case method instruction, semi-structured interviews, a focus group interview of early-intervention home visitors, as well as telephone interviews and emails. The research findings demonstrated the following: (1) Based on the demands of the learning process of these home visitors, the researcher adjusted the teaching of case method instruction; (2) After using the case method instruction, these home visitors have a heightened understanding of children and their families; (3) These home visitors can improve their understanding of theories to promote their ability of reflection and problem-solving skills to implement family-centered services and professional teamwork. Case method instruction has not only effects, but also its limitations and difficulties. Based on these findings of the study, the researcher makes relevant suggestions. |
