本研究目的在探究大學學生事務人員的成就動機、工作滿足與工作角色表現間之關係,並分析工作滿足的中介效果。研究方法採問卷調查法,研究對象為南部大學學務處人員,獲得有效樣本311分,資料經結構方程模式分析結果發現,成就動機對工作角色表現並沒有出現顯著直接效果,但是成就動機對工作滿足,以及工作滿足對工作角色表現皆具有顯著直接效果,而且工作滿足在成就動機與工作角色表現間扮演完全中介角色。最後,本研究針對所得結果,提出相關建議、未來研究及限制。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of achievement motivation, job satisfaction, and work role performance, and the mediating effects of job satisfaction. 311 valid samples were collected from student affairs staff at southern universities in Taiwan. The SEM analysis was used and results showed that there was not significant direct effect of achievement motivation on work role performance. But, there was significant direct effect of achievement motivation on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction on work role performance. Meanwhile, we further confirmed the fully mediation of job satisfaction between achievement motivation and work role performance. Finally, some suggestions for future research are also provided based on the findings of the present study. |
