本研究探討初為人母者於產後坐月子期間之親子互動品質及親職能力知覺的變化趨勢。以方便取樣選取40位初產婦為研究對象。分別於產後第一週、產後1個月及2個月，進行共三次資料收集。資料收集期間，提供現行的產後衛教及家庭訪視，再以NCAST Parent Child Interaction（PCI）Scales中的遊戲量表（The Teaching Scale）計算互動品質分數，另以愛丁堡周產期憂鬱量表（EPDS）及親職能力知覺量表（PSOC）測量母親的憂鬱指數及親職能力知覺的變化。研究結果顯示，母親與新生兒於互動品質，會隨著雙方經驗的累積，產生正向的變化。其中，又以「回應寶寶的不舒服」能力的成長最快，但對寶寶行為線索敏感度等可能需要較久的時間或經特別指導方能習得。此外，整體的親職能力知覺於坐月子期間未出現顯著的進度趨勢，但產後一個月的自我效能較產後第一週有顯著進度。初為人母者產後兩個月內之產後憂鬱指數與親職能力知覺呈顯著負相關。建議應針對如何促進新手母親回應寶寶行為線索之敏感度等提供指導，且思考如何結合網路途徑以傳達專業衛教訊息。
