對多數女性而言，生產是一件令人期待且喜悅的，但若過程中發生非預期變化將對個案產生很大的衝擊，本文在描述一位40歲懷雙胞胎剖腹產產婦發生非預期妊娠急性脂肪肝之護理經驗。筆者於2017年6月30日至2017年7月13日以觀察、會談和直接參與照護等技巧進行資料收集與分析，並運用Gordan十一項功能性健康型態進行評估，發現健康問題包括：低效性母乳哺餵／baby不在旁，不知手擠乳的方法，不知增加乳汁分泌的方法、潛在危險性傷害／1.先生不知。2.先生不會照顧腹瀉太太的皮膚、身體心像改變／與妊娠急性脂肪肝併發黃疸有關。照護過程中，筆者除了滿足生理需求外，運用傾聽及澄清等溝通技巧，建立信任關係，為尊重個案母乳哺餵的願望，幫助個案維持泌乳直到恢復意識，給予個別護理指導，教導學習雙胞胎母乳哺餵及安撫技能，提供疾病照護相關資訊與教導外觀修飾，使個案得以因應產後及疾病過程，期盼藉此臨床經驗之分享，提供護理人員照護妊娠急性脂肪肝產婦時之參考。
