背景:儘早讓新生早產兒與母親親密的互動,如聆聽母親聲音或以錄音檔播放母親語音對早產兒生理和行為皆具有穩定成效,且能增強由口餵養能力,對成長、營養獲取等有顯著效益。但因小兒加護病房會客時間的限制及母親生產完休養等因素,直接聆聽母親聲音於臨床實務之可行性較低。目的:探討播放母親聲音錄音檔對早產兒餵食與體重之成效。方法:為類實驗研究設計。研究對象為南部某區域醫院小兒加護病房早產兒,實驗組於白天餵奶時同步播放母親聲音錄音檔,一天三次,每次播放30分鐘,措施持續至出院。控制組採常規照護,以病歷回溯方式收集資料。成效指標包含達全腸道餵食天數、達全由口進食天數、餵食不耐症次數、體重增加、一日奶量、使用呼吸支持治療時數、住院天數。結果:共59位早產兒,實驗組26位、控制組33位。結果顯示實驗組較早達到全由口進食、且收案後第1週及第2週奶量攝取量、收案後第7週體重皆顯著增加。而播放母親聲音錄音檔並未發生不良反應。結論/實務應用:播放母親聲音錄音檔確實能提供早產兒在餵食及體重生長上有短期成效,建議能將此簡易、低成本方案落實於臨床照護,未來也需介入更多嚴謹之相關研究。
