本文之寫就是一種新嘗試，嘗試將兒童性侵害之問題與實務以神話學之角度切入思考，希望因此有助於實務工作者在面對相關議題實有新想法。性侵害加害者可能是最高明的心理玩家；受害兒童可能具有最複雜之矛盾情感；社會對於性侵害之態度可能只是想息事寧人並不真正願意面對事實真相！福利機構之收容只是另一種社會控制？社會工作者可能強介入個人價值判斷且只處理表面問題？以上議題皆充滿挑戰。「現在的時代已經沒有神話了，你說，神話是發生在人類還會警衛大自然的古老年日」（郭書瑄，中國時報94年l月3日E7）敬畏大自然，表示人不會自以為是，會虛心求教並敬謹任事。Schriver強調社會工作不應自限於科學實證與問題或任務取向，是該同時重視更深更廣多層面之知識典範，不應忽略詮釋的、質性的、精神的、直觀的、全人的角度，本文以神話學之概念切入思考即是對此多層面知識應用之呼應。神話是隱喻與象徵之表達，其主要功能是促使我們對身處之時代與環境發生意義，藉此人們學習生命的智慧，咀嚼存在的經驗及思考自然的奧秘。社會工作面對艱難複雜的人生議題，盡其所能地協助人們處理危機問題，並藉此接受挑戰面對人生多重層面，進而發現生命意義，我們社會因之將更具反省能力，更能將人文價值與宇宙性的精神體驗融合，社會工作者因此就是將自己奉獻給比自己偉大試務的人，也是不懼挑戰與歷險而將自己及人們帶入另一個多采多姿且成熟發展之境界的英雄。

This paper will link the perspectives of Mythology and the issues of child sexual abuse. Hope this will bring some new ideas and will help practitioners when they are faced with these related issues.The perpetrator perhaps is a most skillful mind games player; the child victim perhaps owns the most complicated ambivalent feelings; the social attitude towards sexual abuse tends perhaps rather to avoid than to face its inner reality! Does the accommodation afforded by welfare institutions tend to be another kind of social control? Does the social worker inevitably show personal judgment and only deal with outer problems?The issues above pose a great challenge. ”There is no mythology now, you say, Mythology only existed in the ancient time when people knew how to respect the Nature.” (Kuo, 2005: E7)Respecting Nature indicates that people will not impose their own thinking and will do things properly. Schriver emphasizes that social work should not be restricted to itself in positivism, task-orientation and problem solving. It is important simultaneously to apply the alternative knowledge paradigms, including hermeneutics, qualitative study, spiritual, intuitive and holistic perspectives. This article makes use of the ideas of Mythology as a response to Schriver's call to use alternative knowledge paradigms.Social workers will face the issues of human difficulties; they try their best to help people to deal with crises. Accepting challenges from those crises, social workers will help people to find the meaning of life. Those efforts will lead our society to reflect and to the perspective of combining human value with the universal spiritual experience. Thus, social worker is one who devoted himself/herself to the greatest thing and bring something mature to the society, is hero of this days.
