人對其生命中每件事件的因應,皆受事件當下的自我人格狀態與客觀情境所影響,其因應結果的積累,即成為人人不同的生命歷程。本研究以一位78歲的女裁縫師為研究對象,用二次半結構式深入訪談資料進行核心自我評價與生命歷程關係之質性分析,表明核心自我評價對於個體因應各類事件所產生的壓力與當下選擇具有很大的影響。故從預防性及發展性社會工作觀點提出建議,對終生可塑的核心自我評價進行個體全人全程持續性的充權教育、提供健全全面的心理支持資源連結網絡與適時、及早的介入服務,以幫助個體因應生活中之可預測或不可預測之各類事件,並在當下可以做出較佳或最佳的選擇,以在第一時間化解其事件帶來的各種風險,以及避免或降低之後社會問題之產生。

英文摘要

Reactions to every event in life are influenced by the current personality state and objective situation. The accumulation of reaction results with time is a person's life course. Trying to understand the relations between core self-evaluation and life course by twice semi-structured in-depth interviews with a 78-year-old seamstress in this study. The analysis revealed that core self-evaluation does influence people's reactions, and then reactions results formed the life course by integrating each moment situation. For reducing the risks and costs of the individual and society in order to maximize the well-being, therefore provide the suggestions are made from the perspective of preventive and developmental social work. First, to arrange lifelong and long-term empowerment training and education in the core self-evaluation of individuals. Through this developmental empowerment strategy, individuals can appropriately prevent and solve the problems and events encountered. Second, applying big data and computing technology to predict the potential risk groups in social and economic events, in order to provide early or immediate social service work to the potential risk groups by early and in time self-core evaluation intervention program and whole support system.
