在臺灣,長期照顧服務已成為高齡社會裡重要的一環,其中,又以居家服務占最多,居服員在執行餐食照顧服務時,因服務者與使用者對於服務標準認知不同,最常產生認知與意見分歧,進而影響照顧服務品質,研究目的有:(1)了解居家照顧服務員提供餐食照顧的知能與態度。(2)探討不同人口變項之居家照顧服務員提供餐食照顧的知能與態度的差異性。(3)探討居家照顧服務員提供餐食照顧的知能和態度之關聯性;研究選擇居家照顧服員為研究對象,研究方法採用問卷調查法,並以隨機抽樣,抽樣樣本數達400份,研究工具為自編問卷,研究問卷回收後,經量化統計分析方法,採敘述統計,相關分析,平均數差異檢定分析等,進行實證資料分析;研究結果顯示:(1)居家照顧服務員對提供餐食照顧多數知悉服務範圍,且高度認可本身具備提供餐食照顧知能專業能力,但對該服務之態度上,感受較為負面且排斥;(2)居家照顧服務員烹飪經驗愈豐富,對提供餐食照顧服務能力就愈正向,但對剛入行的新手服務員,雖烹飪經驗少,態度卻表現出最有熱忱;(3)居家照顧服務員提供餐食照顧的態度和知能程度之間沒有存在相關性,雖兩變項間之關聯性為呈現統計學上的顯著水準,但研究認為有關於居服員對於餐食照顧態度與具備餐食照顧知能之二變項之間,不應單純探討直接關聯性,建議深入就中介變項或干擾項進行研究較為客觀,另外,未來建議納入其他測量變項,較具備量化研究之實徵意涵。 |
英文摘要 |
Long-term care services are often provided at home in Taiwan. In the implementation of food and nutritional services, differences in understanding between home caretakers and clients about the care formats can easily lead to disagreements, which affect the quality of care services. This study was conducted to investigate the competencies and attitudes of home caretakers in providing the services. The objectives of this study are: (1) to understand the competencies and attitudes of home caretakers in providing the services. (2) to examine the differences in the competencies and attitudes of home caretakers from their backgrounds in providing the services. (3) to explore the relationship between the competencies and attitudes of home caretakers in providing the services. The study was conducted by random sampling method with 400 samples, and the instruments were online quotation and self-administered questionnaires. The results of this study showed that: (1) most of the home caretakers were aware of the service scope of food and nutritional and they highly recognized their professional ability to provide food and nutritional, but their attitude was more negative and likeness. (2) the more experienced the home caretakers were in cooking, the more positive they were in providing food and nutritional, but the newer the workers were, the less experienced they were in cooking but the most enthusiastic. (3) there was no correlation between home caretaker attitudes toward food and nutritional and the type of competencies they perform. |
