本研究目的在探討不同背景之消費者對於高雄統一夢時代購物中心的各項休憩空間規劃及使用理想化的滿意度。本研究針對購物消費的200名受試者,採用自編之滿意度問卷,進行問卷調查,共發出200問卷,回收200份,有效率100%。回收資料透過SPSS 10.0統計套裝軟體進行單因子變異數分析,結果發現如下: 1.不同職業的消費者對於休憩空間規劃及使用理想化的滿意度有顯著的差異。2.不同年齡層、不同學歷的消費者對於休憩空間規劃的滿意度均無顯著的差異。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was probe into different consumer of background unify to Kao-shung dream era of shopping mall have a rest space planning and use idealized satisfaction. 200 experimenters consuming to doing shopping in this study, With the statistical analysis that the statistics software of SPSS10.0 carries on one-way ANOVA. The results were as follows:1. different jobs of the consumers have a rest space planning and use idealized satisfaction were significance. 2. Different age levels, Different academic credentials of the consumers have a rest space planning and using idealized satisfaction were no significance.
