本研究旨在瞭解幼兒運動遊戲工作室經營現況,希望藉由單一個案研究深入的探討,作為幼兒運動遊戲工作室後進業者擬定經營策略之參考。為達此目的,本研究採用文件分析及深度訪談法瞭解幼兒運動遊戲工作室經營模式,结果發現:一、工作室經營模式最重要的要素是策略性資源,良好的顧客介面次之。二、工作室以「服務」為其經營理念,獲得顧客的信賴。建議後進業者應以優質的幼兒體能專業師資人力為其策略性資源,輔以提供顧客價值之「服務」策略,作為其爭取尚未消費的新客戶或與同業競爭之經營策略。 |
英文摘要 |
This research aims at understanding the infant moves in the game operating room and manages the present situation, hope with the deep discussion of single case study, the reference of drafting the management tactics of the person who regards the less advanced industry of operating room of infant's sport game as. In order to reach this purpose, this research adopts the analysis of the file and type of operation of operating room of understanding infant's movement game of interview law of depth, The fruit finding: 1. The most important key element of type of operation of operating room is strategic resources, good customer's interface takes second place. 2. The operating room obtained the customer's trust by managing the idea for it. The person who advises the less advanced industry should regard professional teachers' manpower of high-quality infant's physical stamina as its strategic resources, complement it in order to offer' the service' tactics of value to customers, strive for new customer or and management tactics of the horizontal competition not consumed yet as it. |
