本研究之目的為探討運動選手的知覺動機氣候、運動動機與教練選手關係之差異與預測情形，參與者是113位體育學院跆拳道選手（男生64位、女生49位），平均年齡20.37 ± 1.51歲（男），20.50 ± 1.43歲（女）。研究結果發現：一、男選手分別在內在動機與認同調節顯著高於女選手。二、國手在教練選手關係的共同方向上顯著高於非國手。三、教練選手關係的各構念之間達到顯著的正相關；精熟氣候與教練選手關係的各構念達到顯著的正相關；教練選手關係的各構念以及精熟、表現氣候分別與內在動機、內在調節之間達到顯著的正相關。四、精熟氣候與表現氣候能有效預測教練選手關係，解釋變異量分別為48%與3%，總解釋變異量為51%。文末並提供實務應用上的建議以及未來研究的方向。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of perceived motivational climate, sport motivation, and coach-athlete relationship. Participants were one hundred and thirteen (64 males, 49 females) Taekwondo athletes. The average age=20.37 ± 1.51 years (male) and 20.50 ± 1.43 years (female). The major findings were as follows: (1) Male athletes reported greater intrinsic motivation and identified regulation than female athletes did. (2) National team athletes reported greater co-orientation than non-national team athletes did. (3) Athletes' coach-athlete relationship was significantly and positively predicted by perceived mastery and performance climate. These two variables accounted for 48% (mastery climate) and 3% (performance climate) of total explained variance (51%) respectively. Discussions are provided, and practical implication and future research directions are also recommended.
