本研究係依據大專院校甲組跆拳道選手個人基本資料與運動領導量表，探討大專院校甲組跆拳道選手在不同性別及年齡條件下，分析選手認知教練領導行為之差異性。本次研究對象以94學年度大專院校甲組跆拳道選手為樣本，並引用鄭志富、蕭嘉惠、牟鍾福（1997）年翻譯的「運動領導量表」，作為探討教練領導行為之評量工具。運動領導量表共分為五種向度：訓練與指導、民主行為、專制行為、關懷行為及獎勵行為。本次接受測試有效問卷計195位跆拳道選手，依其測試結果顯示，除專制行為的教練領導風格對性別不同有所影響外，男性選手（M=2.96, SD=.78）、女性選手（M=2.63, SD=.85; t(193)＝2.80, p=.006），其餘變數均無顯著差異。根據統計結果，大專跆拳道教練的領導行為對於甲組跆拳道選手，在性別上具有差異性，在年齡上則不受影響。本人謹將此研究成果，提供現階段大專院校跆拳道教練、選手及熱衷跆拳道人士，作為在教學、訓練或比賽時技戰術策略之參考。

The purpose of this research was to explore Taiwanese collegiate taekwondo competitors' perception and determine whether there were differences in gender and age with regard to the taekwondo coaching leadership behaviors, in accordance of demographics of Taiwanese collegiate taekwondo competitors and Leadership Scale for Sports (LSS). The sampling study of this research was Taiwanese collegiate taekwondo competitors of 2005. The research quoted from the Leadership Scale for Sports (LSS) translated by Cheng, Hsiao, and Mo (1997) as the measure for coach's behavior. There were five factors of LSS including training and instruction behavior, democratic behavior, autocratic behavior, social support behavior, and positive feedback behavior. There were 195 valid responses in this study which results a significant difference in perceived autocratic behavior between males (M = 2.96, SD = .78), and females (M = 2.63, SD = .85; t (193) = 2.80, p = .006). There was a no statistically significant difference with the other variables. The result showed that taekwondo coaching leadership behaviors affect the gender of Taiwanese collegiate taekwondo competitors with the exception of age. This study offered references to coaches, competitors and the enthusiastic of taekwondo for whom to teach, train, and compete.
