本研究目的在瞭解國小體育任課教師工作滿意度的現況，並比較體育任課教師背景變項在體育任課教師工作滿意度的知覺差異情形。本研究主要採用問卷調查法，以桃園縣國小體育任課教師為研究對象，以自編的「國小體育任課教師工作滿意度問卷」為研究工具，共發出590份，有效問卷528份。調查所得資料以SPSS for Windows 12.0進行t考驗、單因子變異數分析，研究結果顯示：一、國民小學體育任課教師的工作滿意度未達高滿意程度，顯示目前國民小學體育任課教師的工作情境仍未盡理想。二、工作滿意各構面平均得分由高而低的順序為：人際關係、校長領導、工作本身、工作環境、工作報酬。三、不同性別、專業背景之教師在教師工作滿意度量表的知覺並無顯著差異；不同年齡、任教年資、學校規模、現任職務之教師在教師工作滿意度量表的知覺達顯著差異。

This study aimed to understand the current satisfaction with teaching works among physical education teacher in the elementary schools and compared the perceptive differences of the variable of background of physical education teachers in satisfaction with their teaching works. With physical education teachers in the elementary schools in as subjects, questionnaire survey method was adopted. The authors used self-compiled ”Questionnaire for the Survey of Physical Education Teachers in the Elementary Schools for Their Satisfaction with Teaching Works” as the tool. The effective questionnaires were 528 copies and the availability rate was 96%. The data collected from the survey was processed through t-test, one-way ANOVA by SPSS for Windows 12.0 version. The findings of the research were as follows: The satisfaction with teaching works by the physical education teachers in the elementary schools did not reach ”high” level. It means that the working environment for physical education teachers was not ideal and needs further improvement. The order of average scores of the aspects of satisfaction from high to low was as follows: Interpersonal relationship, principal leadership, work itself, working environment and compensation. The differences of satisfaction with teaching works in the physical education teachers in the elementary schools who have different background factors: There was no significant difference in the perception of the teacher's work satisfaction scale among the teachers who have different sexes, the highest education background, specialty background and regions where they taught; There is significant difference in the perception of the teacher's work satisfaction scale among the teachers who have different ages, teaching seniority, size of school and current post.
