本研究目的是探討高級中等學校體育教師道德領導對高級中等學校學生組織公民行為的影響。以98學年度就讀彰化縣某高級中等學校學生為施測對象，有效問卷為302份（男206人、女96人）。本研究以「道德領導量表」與「組織公民行為量表」進行施測，所蒐集的資料以逐步迴歸法進行分析。研究結果如下：一、體育教師的關懷倫理、正義倫理，可正向預測學生的「運動家精神」；二、體育教師的批判倫理、關懷倫理，可正向預測學生的「公民道德」；三、體育教師的批判倫理，可正向預測學生的「自主意識」；四、體育教師的關懷倫理、批判倫理，可正向預測學生的「利他助人」；五、體育教師的關懷倫理、批判倫理，可正向預測學生的「尊重體制」。根據研究結果，本研究結論為高級中等學校體育教師應採用道德領導以幫助學生的組織公民行為。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of senior high school teacher's moral leadership on students' organizational citizenship behavior. The subjects of this study were senior high school students in Changhua County in 2009 academic year (N = 302, male = 206, female = 96). All the subjects were tested by Moral Leadership Scale and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale. Stepwise regression analysis method was used to analyze the collected data. The major findings of the study could be summarized as follows: 1. PE teacher's concern ethics and just ethics could predict students' sportsmanship; 2. PE teacher's critique ethics and concern ethics could predict students' citizen morality; 3. PE teacher's critique ethics could predict students' autonomous consciousness; 4. PE teacher's concern ethics and critique ethics could predict students' altruistic behaviors; 5. PE teacher's concern ethics and critique ethics could predict students' system deference. Based on the findings of this study, it was concluded that PE teacher should use moral leadership to improve student's organizational citizenship behavior.
