The purpose of this research was to understand primary school tee ball players' motivation and team cohesion level. Subjects of this research were players who participated in the 2009 Taipei Cup Tee Ball Championship. A questionnaire was used to investigate possible background variables related to these players' motivation and team cohesion level. A total of 137 valid questionnaire were collected. The valid return rate is 91%. The collected data was analyzed with descriptive statistic, independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA, Scheffes' method, and Pearson product-moment correlation. Results indicated that:players' level of motivationand team cohesion were above 3.0 of the Likert-type scale. ”Personal satisfaction” and ”team adaption” were scored the highest among the variables. Male players in this study revealed greater motivation and team cohesion than female ones. Results indicated that players' motivation and team cohesion were significantly correlated (r= .72, *p < .05).
