本研究擬以多構面形態的計畫行為理論為基礎，針對國內棒壘球相關研究中較少探討之參與行為的部分進行分析，以求對棒壘球活動的參與行為有更深入的了解。研究以Ajzen於1985 年提出的計畫行為理論作為基礎研究架構，研究大專學生參與棒壘球運動的行為意圖。研究方法是以自編的開放式問卷方式取得資料，填答結果作為實驗數據。本研究對象為新竹縣大華技術學院參與棒壘球活動的學生。主要透過多階段集體（probability proportional to size, PPS）進行抽樣，第一階段先抽科系，第二階段以「集束抽樣法」針對選出的科系（cluster sampling）進行抽樣，以做為本研究的樣本，總計發出124份問卷，回收率為96.7 %，收回120份有效問卷，四分無效問卷。所得實驗數據以以描述性統計、Cronbach''''s α、皮爾遜積差相關以及多元階層負回歸為統計方法進行統計分析。研究結果發現大專生受試者對於參與棒壘球運動的態度以及主觀範圍是影響其參與活動之行為意圖的主要因素。本研究利用計畫行為理論探討大專學生之參與棒壘球運動行為，以了解大專學生參與的背後原因，藉此研究可由意向形式作為未來行銷棒壘球運動或商業發展的理論基礎。研究結果顯示希望藉由加強正面的態度、主觀範圍以及強化知覺行為控制的方式，足以促使未來大專學生參與棒壘球運動的發生。

This research by Ajzen the plan behavior theory underlie research construction which proposed in 1985, studies the technical college students to participate in the baseball and softball movement the behavior intention. This research by from the open style questionnaire way which arranges obtains the material, the questionnaire fills in by the open style guidance questionnaire answers the result to take the empirical datum. This research takes the object of study by the Hsinchu area technical college students, and sends out the grand total 124 questionnaire take the multistage set of intervals body sampling way, the returns-ratio as 96.7%, takes back 120 effective questionnaire, four point invalid questionnaire. The obtained empirical datum take by the descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha, the Pearson accumulated rate related as well as multi-dimensional social stratum negative return carries on the statistical analysis as the statistical method. The findings discovered that the junior college student regarding is participated in trying the baseball and softball movement the manner as well as the subjective scope is affects it to participation behavior of inten-tion the active primary factor. This research participates in the baseball and softball movement behavior using the plan behavior theory discussion technical college students, understood the technical college students participation the behind reason, takes advantage of the research to be possible by Italy to the form the rationale which will develop as the future good spike softball movement or the trade. The findings showed that the hope because of strengthens the positive manner, the subjective scope as well as the strengthened consciousness behavior control way, will urge the technical college students to participate in the baseball and softball movement in the future the occurrence.
