The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of high and long stroke performance (HSP) on elementary school badminton kids with six weeks of different stance training. Twenty-one kids was divided into Group A, Group B and control group. Group A with 6 weeks of complicated stance, including 8 round, 3 set cross, straight, and right and left stance, Group B with 6 round, 3 sets, 3 days, 6 weeks of star stance Training, Control group with no extra stance training. The sum of 10 times of HSP test (Chi, 2002) was set as the score of kid's performance ability. 3x2 mixed design was to used to analyze data. Scheffe post hoc t-comparison was used to test the significant difference. The alpha level was set at .05. The findings are as follows: A significant interaction among three groups (p < .05). Group A and group Bimprove HSP with 6 weeks of the training. Two laboratory groups had better (p < .05) HSP than control group. No different between group A and group B. It is conclusion six weeks of two ways of stance training have better on HSP in elementary badminton kids. |
