目的:探討大專男子舉重選手,不同組別(前三名與非前三名)抓舉與挺舉提鈴期之最大肌力、3秒斜率及衝量與1秒斜率及衝量,進而找出男子舉重選手在抓、挺舉提鈴期的最佳提鈴方式。方法:使用張力計連接電腦,收取自願參與本實驗之96學年大專盃舉重錦標賽,不分級別獲得前三名與非前三名之16名男子舉重選手,槓鈴拉至臏骨下緣處(提鈴期)維持0-3秒,測試過程中可允許受測者休息(最多兩分鐘),抓舉與挺舉交叉各測三次。結果:抓舉和挺舉的1秒斜率(抓舉前三1.1 ± 0.6非前三1.2 ± 0.2,挺舉前三1.1 ± 0.6非前三1.3 ± 0.1與3秒衝量(抓舉前三3.9 ± 1.4非前三3.6 ± 0.7,挺舉前三4.0 ± 1.7非前三3.8 ± 0.8達到顯著性差異。槓鈴曲線力量表現方面,能在1 秒內瞬間將力量爆發出來的選手,在本賽事中均獲得前三名的佳績。結論:依研究結果推測,男子舉重選手,提鈴期最大發力率大概都發生在1秒左右,瞬間能將力量爆發出來的選手,會有較好的成績表現。 |
英文摘要 |
Purpose: to analysis the maximal strength, third seconds (3s') and one second (1s') slop and impulse during snatch and clean & jerk, of college male weightlifters, then infer the optimal method for barbell movements. Methods: we recruiting sixteen volunteers of top 3 medals and others, from different categories in 2007 intercollegiate weightlifting games, the testing movement was pull the barbell up to the kneecaps for 0 to 3 seconds, total 3 times for two kind lifts, respectively. During the test, the subjects could take a 2 minutes rest. Results: There were significant differences of the 1s' slop and 3s' impulse of two kinds of lifts; top 3 medals and others of the snatch and clean & jerk and: 1.1 ± 0.6, 1.2 ± 0.2, 1.1 ± 0.6, and 1.3 ± 0.1 (1s' slop), 3.9 ± 1.4, 3.6 ± 0.7, 4.0 ± 1.7 and 3.8 ± 0.8 (3s' impulse), respectively. To the barbell movements power curves, the athletes all who could performing the maximal power within 1s' were regard as the top three medals in this games. Conclusions: from our results, the maximal power of barbell movements was around one second; we suggested that if the athletes performed maximal power in shorter time, the better weightlifting performance could be reach. |
