The main purpose of this study was to assess the effects of different exercise models on cardiorespiratory endurance strength among of female older adults. The subjects were engaged in aerobics, Wii sport and walking, and sedentary group of older women. Their age were between 60 and 70 years old who were randomly divided into the above three groups. Each group has 20 people, a total of 60 people. The way of testing was 2 minutes stepping, and then SPSS 12.0 software package for analysis and statistical methods was one-way ANOVA. The significant level set at α =. 05. The statistical results showed that: (A) The is significant difference among different exercise modes of older adults in cardiorespiratory endurance strength (p < .05). (B) The Bonferroni post hoc comparison found that aerobic dance group and Wii + walking group was significantly higher than women in cardiorespiratory endurance strength to sedentary group (p < .05), however there was no significant difference between aerobic dance group and Wii + walking group (p > .05). Therefore, we can deduce that regular exercise habits cane hence cardiorespiratory endurance strength for female older adult. |
