本研究旨在瞭解國小足球教練工作壓力與工作倦怠之現況,並探討國小足球教練工作壓力與工作倦怠間之關係。本研究採問卷調查法進行研究,研究對象為參加全國少年盃或學童盃足球錦標分區賽的教練,共抽取227名為研究樣本,回收有效問卷183份,回收有效率為80.6%。資料以描述性統計、積差相關與逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,結果發現:一、國小足球教練知覺工作壓力達中下程度。二、國小足球教練知覺工作倦怠達中下程度。三、國小足球教練的工作壓力與工作倦怠達顯著正相關。四、國小足球教練的工作壓力可以預測工作倦怠。

英文摘要

The purpose of the study was to understand the current status of job stress and job burnout for elementary school soccer coaches; and explore the relationship between job stress and job burnout for elementary school soccer coaches. Questionnaire was used to collect data. The subjects are those soccer coaches who participated in the National Youth Cup, the National School Cup zone preliminaries elementary school.The sample was 227 elementary school soccer coaches. From the survey returned, 186 were coded. The valid response rate was 80.6%. Descriptive statistics, Pearson Product-Moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression were computed for data analysis. The conclusions were as the followings: (a) Elementary school soccer coaches expressed low job stress. (b) Elementary school soccer coaches expressed low job burnout. (c) Job stress and job burnout were positively correlated significantly. (d) Job stress can predict job burnout effectively.
