本研究目的是由健康成年人負重來比較分散四肢和集中軀幹二種負重方法對步態的改變,以求得最符合自然步態原則的負重形式。以負重比例0%、10%、20%、30%,依比例換算轉化為不同負重做步行動作,針對人體下肢做探討。受試者為6名健康成年女性,分別以體重換算為負重,再穿著設備實行走路,使用Vicon三維動作分析系統,藉由反光球位置變化,比較二種負重方式、在不同負重下步態之運動學參數有何差異。結果發現分散四肢負重法隨負重率遞增而顯著降低步速,步態參數結果都與過去老年人研究有類似趨勢,且分散四肢和集中軀幹二種負重方法在人體步速上達顯著差異。因此分散四肢負重法,可作為未來模擬老年人的步態研究方式。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to compare the lower extremities gait parameter with different load bearing methods, on trunk and distributed on limbs. All participants underwent 0%, 10%, 20% and 30% of body weight as the different load bearing. Six healthy females (age: 23.5 ± 1.87 years) were recruited in this study. All subjects measured weight to convert load bearing and put on the weight to do the experiment. Vicon Motion Capture System was used to capture the marker position, to determine the difference among different load bearing methods in kinematics. The walking speed significantly decreased with the increasing of load bearing distributed on limbs, and the walking speed was significantly different between two types of load bearing methods (p< .05). The results are similar to previous elderly studies which indicate that the distributed load bearing on limbs may be used to simulate elder gait.
