本研究目的主要探討劍道專項選手在跳擊面與出端面之打擊動作上,反應時間與打擊力量之差異。研究方法:以9位甲組劍道男性專項選手為受試者,平均年齡24 ± 7.3(歲)平均身高174.7 ± 4.2(公分)平均體重81.8 ± 6(公斤)運動年齡13.2 ± 6.9(年),每位受試者以隨機進行跳擊面與出端面兩個動作,以攝影機及測力板記錄打擊過程中,打擊力量的最大值與反應時間。資料處理係利用動作分析軟體(Silicon Coach v7.0)及測力板資料分析軟體(Logger Pro);每個動作需做三次,所得運動資料以兩次最佳成績之平均數為代表值。資料分析係以成對樣本t檢定。結果資料顯示跳擊面與出端面攻擊動作之完成時間有顯著差異(p = .003);跳擊面與出端面攻擊之最大打擊力量則無顯著差異(p = .110)。本研究結論發現跳擊面攻擊所需之攻擊反應時間與動作完成時間比出端面攻擊式短,但攻擊力量反而較小。本文測試所得到之結果可做為國內劍道跳擊面與出端面攻擊戰術參考,未來亦也可做為訓練指標。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the surface of kendo players hit the jump and the end of the combat actions, the strength of the performance and reaction time, the use of the camera and image analysis (Silicon Coach v7.0) and force plate (Logger Pro) to record and Calculated against the process, the maximum combat power and response time. Group of 9 men in kendo athletes were the subjects, the average age of 24 ± 7.3 average height 174.7 ± 4.2 (cm) mean weight 81.8 ± 6 (kg), each subject to jump two hit surface and a face action, each action to be done three times, from sports information to the two represented the best value in mean scores. By data processing, the results showed that: in the jump plane and the end hit the reaction time and motion completion time, subjects spent a short time of its strike force smaller. This paper tests results obtained can be used as hit jump attack tactical surface and a reference face domestic Kendo, the future will also be used as training targets.
