國民身體健康乃國家整體競爭力,教育部於2006年訂定快活計畫,鼓勵中等以下學校利用上下學、晨間、課間、綜合活動及課後時間提供學生多元化的活動機會,但其具體成效至今尚未有完整之分析與評估。本研究乃是以臺中市立大甲國民中學二年級學生為研究對象,運用單因子變異數分析、t檢定、敘述統計等統計方法進行統計分析,探討國中學生課後活動頻率對體適能是否有影響。研究結果顯示:一、男生參與課後活動每週三天以上者及每週一到二天者,立定跳遠、仰臥起坐、心肺耐力顯著優於未參與課後活動者,坐姿體前彎沒有顯著性的差異。二、女生參與課後活動每週三天以上者及每週一到二天者,心肺耐力、立定跳遠、顯著優於未參與課後活動者,柔軟度、坐姿體前彎、仰臥起坐沒有顯著性的差異。三、在身體質量指數方面,男生每週課後活動三天以上者身體質量指數最小;女生則課後活動每週一到二天身體質量指數最小。

英文摘要

The purposes of this study were to use of descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA to analysis the relationship between the after-school activities frequency and physical fitness impact of Tachia Junior High School students in Taichung. The results showed: 1. In standing long jump, sit-up, cardiovascular endurance tests, boys have after school activities for more than three days per week were significantly better than the students did not have any after-school activities. 2. In cardiovascular endurance, standing long jump tests, girls have after school activities for more than one day per week were also significantly better than those who did not have any after-school activities. 3. In body mass index, the boys have after-school activities for more than three days per week are the smallest, the girls also found the same results.
