中文摘要 |
This study investigated physical fitness and academic achievemen in high school students with different physical activity levels, so as to encourage students to participate in moderate physical activity, improve physical health, and achieve a better academic performance. A questionnaire and fitness test were used to investigate Senior Commercial Vocational School students in Taitung. The descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used for t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis, α=.05. The results were as follows (A) Different amount of physical activity in physical fitness performance (p = .000 < .05) of high school students, and academic performance (p = .002 < .05) is different. High intensity exercise group was significantly better than low physical activity group, the group is better than low physical activity group. (B) The correlation between High school students' physical fitness, academic performance and physical activity: 1. The relationships between physical activity and physical fitness: the higher the physical activity of high school students in the long jump, sit-ups, and cardio fitness all have better performance. 2. The correlation between physical activity and academic achievement: although less than physical activity significantly correlated with academic achievement, however, there is a certain degree between the two related, at least, not like the stereotype of the public, that children love sports have poorer academic performance.3. The correlation between physical fitness and academic achievement: long jump, sit-ups and academic performance are all related to negative correlation, and cardiorespiratory fitness and a positive correlation between academic achievement. (C) Although physical activity can not directly predict academic performance, but we can speculate that moderate physical activity is associated with academic performance. By the physical activity and physical fitness have a high positive correlation. |
