本研究目的係針對清雲科技大學96、97與98學年度大一新生,實施體育課程教學,透過不同運動項目與樂趣化教學情境設計,增進參與者學習動機與身體活動機會,課程實施前及18週後進行體適能檢測,評估體育課程影響體適能改變成效。方法:扣除課程參與率低與未完成體適能檢測,共計獲得有效樣本10,139 (86%)人。體適能檢測項目包括:坐姿體前彎、一分鐘仰臥起坐、立定跳遠與800/1,600公尺跑走。以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA),考驗學生上述體適能四項指標前、後測差異情形。結果發現:各項體適能檢測之前、後測結果顯示:女生於97學年度坐姿體前彎與98學年度800公尺跑走成績具顯著成效;98學年度男生在一分鐘仰臥起坐與立定跳遠成績具顯著成效。本研究結論:研究結果顯示經過體育課程實施18週後,在不同項目成績顯著提升。為促進各項體適能指標,應在未來實施體育課程時,規劃改善體適能的運動項目。藉由參與體育課程的熱忱,達到課餘時間亦能主動參與運動的樂趣,進而培養優質的運動習慣。 |
英文摘要 |
Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of physical education (PE) on fitness ability of the freshmen of Ching-Yun University of Science and Technology in the academic years 2007-2010. Through different categories of sports and joyful instruction designs which aimed to enhance participants' learning motives and physical activities, an 18-week course as well as pre- and post-test were carried out to evaluate the effect of the PE on the fitness ability. Method: Excluding the participants who were in low attendance and did not finish the fitness tests, the effective samples were 10,139 with an effective response rate of 86%. The fitness activities included sit-bending, one minute sit-ups, standing long jump, and 800/1,600 meters run and go. An independent-samples t-test and a one-way ANOVA were conducted to analyze the differences in the four activities between pretest and posttest. Result: The results show that the PE had significant effect on females' sit-bending in the academic year 2008-2009 and on females' 800 meters run and go in the academic year 2009-2010. The PE also had significant effects on males' one minute sit-ups and standing long jump in the academic year 2009-2010. Conclusion: The results indicate that the 18-week course had significant effects on several fitness activities. In order to improve fitness activities, universities should develop different kinds of sports which could promote fitness ability. Therefore, students could enthusiastically attend PE course, actively enjoy the interests of sports after school, and consequently cultivate high quality sports habits. |
