中文摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of individual anaerobic threshold and maximal sprint speed of 600 m on speed endurance of the middle distance runners. Objects: Elenen high school middle distance runners (age: 16.0 ± 0.5 years, height: 168.5 ± 5.6 cm, weight: 56.1 ± 6.5 kg, trained for 2.9 ± 1.22 years on average). Methods: Maximal sprint speed of 600 m and threshold endurance were two ways of this test. Tests were separated for one week. All data showed by mean and standard deviation. Anaerobic endurance and maximal sprint speed of 600 m were estimated by Pearson's correlation coefficients. Results: The anaerobic threshold speed and heart rate were 3.44 ± 0.4 m/s, 176 ± 11.5 min-1. 600 m speed average of 6.2 ± 0.52 m/s, the maximal lactate concentration and heart rate averages were 17.5 ± 1.9 mmol/l, 188 ± 8.4 min-1. Maximal sprint speed of 600 m and threshold endurance accumulation of lactate showed a positive correlation (r = 0.5, p < .05). Conditions: The maximal sprint speed of 600 m showed that heart rate and lactate were up to standard of energy to 400 m and 800 m. Therefore, the maximal sprint speed of 600 m can be used as evaluation capacity of the 800 m.
