本研究主要探討戶外冒險教育指導員專業能力的要素,期能藉此發展更明確的指標。本研究透過文獻分析法初步建構適合臺灣戶外冒險教育指導員之專業能力要素,以作為後續研究者建構「戶外冒險教育指導員的專業能力指標」之參考。從各文獻中結果發現:專業能力要素中分為九個要素,分別為專業知識、專業技能、人格特質、專業態度、活動規劃、領導能力、風險管理、專業證照和行政管理。進一步發現各研究者對戶外冒險教育指導員專業能力之共同關注要素均具「專業知識」及「專業技能」。其次為「風險管理」,再其次則是「專業態度」與「領導能力」,其他能力的關注由高至低之排序為活動規劃、行政管理、人格特質、專業證照。本研究結論:在戶外冒險教育指導員的專業能力中,不論是低冒險型活動、單項冒險活動還是統括型冒險活動中,「專業知識」與「專業技能」皆是不可或缺的;其中「風險管理」,在單項冒險活動及統括型冒險活動中,因活動冒險性增高,已不同於低冒險性活動,而逐漸受關注。冒險程度越高的活動或涉及層面較廣的冒險活動,其指導員勢必具備高度的專業能力水準! |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was to explore the factors of the professional competence for outdoor adventure education instructors, and also to make consults for the future researcher to build the outdoor adventure education professional competence index. The related data of the study were analyzed by the document content analysis. According to the documents, the findings were as follows: 1. Nine factors were found for the professional competence, that were professional knowledge, professional skills, personality characteristics, professional attitude, event planning, leadership ability, risk management, professional licenses, administration. 2. There were professional knowledge and professional skills common concern factors of the professional competence for the outdoor adventure education instructor. Secondly, there were risk management, professional attitude and leadership ability, the other attentions were event planning, administration, personally characteristics, and professional licenses. Conclusion: in the professional ability of outdoor adventure education instructor, no matter the low risk activities or single risk activities or omnibus-type risk activities. Among the single risk activities and omnibus-type risk activities, they were gradually paid more attention because it have got higher risk. The higher risk activities or to involve extensive risk activities, the instructor must be better professional ability. |
