領隊與團員在出團期間須長時間相處,彼此之間是否適配將影響出團結果,因此兩者間之契合程度極為重要,契合度概念(Fit)闡述兩主體之間適配的程度,若兩者呈現高度契合,則會產生正向的結果。然而過往未有研究以契合度之觀點,探討領隊與團員之間之關係。因此,本研究採用契合度概念,探討領隊與團員互動關係之內涵。透過文獻回顧輔以深度訪談與內容分析法,將領隊與團員之間適配性予以概念化,歸納出領隊與團員間契合度的三大構面:補充性契合、互補性契合-領隊需求面、互補性契合-團員需求面,最後針對研究結果提出管理意涵與未來建議。

Tour leader and group members have to live together in tour duration. It's important for them to get fit or match. The concept of fit elaborates the degree of compatibility between two entities, high fit will forming a positive effect for relationship. This paper applies the concept of Fit to explore the nature of relationship between tour leader and group member with in-depth interviews and content analysis. From the interview data, three dimensions of tour leader-group member fit were identified: supplementary fit, complementary fit-tour leader demands, complementary fit-group member demands. Implications of these findings for application and areas for future research are also provided.
