2019年起新冠疫情延燒全球，世界各地旅遊產業受到嚴重衝擊，所幸，臺灣疫情控制得當，民眾仍可在國內旅遊，政府也推出許多政策，鼓勵民眾在防疫之餘多進行國內旅遊，促進消費。本研究以長期耕耘生態、文化的澎湖縣「湖東社區」及屏東縣「高士社區」為研究對象，了解他們在新冠疫情的影響下，所遭遇的難題。研究方法以深度訪談法作為主要的研究方法。得出結論：觀光產業發展，應「負責任」規劃觀光旅遊活動，地方居民也應有意識的保護身邊的自然資源與文化，觀光產業才能永續性發展，並與環境共存。 |
| 英文摘要 |
Since 2019, the new coronavirus spreads all over the world. Tourism industries around the world have been severely impacted, and Taiwan has also been affected. Related industries include aviation, lodging, catering, and so on. Fortunately, the epidemic in Taiwan is properly controlled. Although people cannot go abroad, they can still travel in the country. Therefore, the government has introduced many related policies to encourage people to travel domestically and promote consumption in addition to epidemic prevention. This study uses the ＂Hudong Community＂ Penghu country and ＂Gaoshi Community＂ Pingtung country as the research objects. The main research methods are in-depth interviews. These two communities have long taken ＂ecology＂ and ＂culture＂ as the main axis of development, and designed community tourism based on this. This study believes that the development of the tourism industry should ＂responsibly＂ plan tourism and tourism activities, and local residents should also consciously protect the natural resources and culture around them, so that the tourism industry can develop sustainably and coexist with the environment. |
