Professional Development for Novice Korean Language Teachers: Insights from Teaching Diaries. This study presents the results of an analysis of 35 teaching diaries by novice KLT teachers. The analysis materials were collected from three participants who were less than three years of KLT teaching experience through personal blogs as well as online teachers' community. This study first describes and explains the aspects among collected teaching diaries, then categorize into next four parts. Three main themes were found in this study: (1) Preoccupations with their own teaching experience. (2) Preoccupations with their students. (3) Philosophy of teaching that applied to classes. (4) Frustrations during the classes. |
