面臨困境的解消之道,是人類從古至今所探求的。透過道家《莊子》的生活哲學深入研究壓力對治之道,進而獲得心靈安頓,是本文研究的核心重點。探討莊子的生命智慧如何運用在當代人類世界中被實踐之可能性,更進一步將亙古綿延的《南華真經》與現代的醫學研究相互結合,讓學問達到通古鑑今之可能。在研究步驟上,除了「前言」、「結論」外,在各章安排共分成兩節:為「莊子的心齋與坐忘」及「心齋與坐忘對治生命壓力之道」。前者先論心齋的義涵、再論坐忘的精要;後者提及當前國人心理壓力自我調節議題及探討心齋與坐忘對治生命壓力之啟示。藉由莊子的心齋與坐忘提醒吾人在面對外在誘惑和壓力時,讓生命透過虛掉躁動,同時進入「忘」的境界中,使心靈獲得平靜和諧。讓心持續守在虛靜清明的狀態,方能穩定的神經系統,提升抗壓力,因應一切外在的事物。 |
英文摘要 |
Human beings have been searching for the way to survive from difficulties. This paper aims to find a solution to maintain mental health by investigating Zhuangzi's philosophy of the utmost Emptiness. This paper focuses on Zhuangzi's life wisdom and applies it to the way of living in the contemporary world. It also attempts to combine the tenet of "Nan-hua chen-ching" in ancient times with that of modern medication so as to achieve the continuation of knowledge. In addition to "the Foreword" and "The Conclusion," the paper is divided into two chapters: "Zhuangzi's 'Purifying Heart' and 'Sitting Oblivion'" and "Methods of Relieving Life Pressures found in 'Purifying Heart' and 'Sitting Oblivion.'" The rule of thumb is to remain calm while facing seduction and pressure. In doing so, our mind will be stable and able to cope with any situations. |
