醫療政策與健保支付制度的不斷變遷,從近幾年三個層級的醫院數量變化情形發現,集團醫院或聯盟醫院持續增加。醫院近幾年一直喪失競爭力,生存空間被壓縮,中小型醫院如何在不優越的資源下成長,勢必需要尋求合作互助。受限於床位的控制,特別是限制大型醫院床位發展,因此,國內許多醫學中心級的大型醫院成長策略轉為向外擴張設立分院,唯,考量醫療產業服務具有區域性,故,醫學中心醫療體系避免以自行開立方式進入新市場,轉而向生存受到壓縮的中小型醫院招手,藉由併購尋求新市場。機構在獲得外部機構的合作關係資源是最快的方式,合作關係協定以合作代替競爭攻勢就是一個策略選擇方式。本研究探討併購理論與醫院合作關係,採用文獻探討與理論分析探討醫院併購與合作模式,再以個案醫院來探討併購與績效的關係,研究個案體系醫院各年度每月平均西醫門住診申報件數,皆呈成長現象,所以併購只要對象選擇因素正確一般可呈正面效益。

英文摘要

The health environment is changing dramatically and very quickly. The number of hospital mergers and acquisitions has increased rapidly in Taiwan in recent years, hospital moved toward ever-tightening alliance.Small Medium Hospitals with limited resources and in a striking development healthcare market place have been the formation of cooperation strategy relationships between Small Medium Hospitals and large hospitals.Many hospitals choose market satellite expansion strategies because the number of hospital beds has been restricted, especially the larger hospital. However, healthcare service have regional differences, medical center hospitals avoid tackle solely on their own to enter new market, thus turn to Small Medium Hospitals to mergers and acquisitions to enter to the new market, this is the rapid way to acquiring cooperate resources and gain competitive advantage by seeking cooperation. The study discuss a case of medical center hospital adopt mergers and acquisitions strategy. After reviewing the case hospital, the study find outpatient and clinic claim data are showing medical service was rising from the National Health Insurance have positive performance.
